“…he chose us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and blameless before him” (Ephesians 1:4, ESV).
Essentially, God chose us BEFORE sin entered into humanity. Thus, we do not belong to sin; we were already born in Him.
Being born again is merely a compensation–no, a correction–to contradict the unbirth which the sinful and corrupt world has for us.
Being born again is not a rite of passage, necessarily, but a divine reversal and origination of eternal purposes which were never meant to be tainted by sin, by Satan, or by deception.
Being born again is how we were already birthed when God chose us in Him before the foundation of the world. This is why is it important that he “predestined us for adoption through Jesus Christ [through Himself]” (Ephesians 1:5, ESV).
We are adopted not because we are orphans, but because another parent has taken over this world of whom we must be stripped from, completely, and with all of our hearts.
God doesn’t condemn you.
He corrects you.
God doesn’t hate you.
He longs for you.
God doesn’t want you to miss out on what He has already accomplished in you.
You are chosen, and the whole Earth is merely second place.
